Masala Soya Chaap how to make ..

Masala soya chaap :

 Hello friends today i will tell u how to make  मसाला सोया चाप 
MASALA SOYA CHAP

#What u need ..

Raw soya chops ........................................................250gms

Green chilies .............................................................50gms  

हरा धनिया (green coriander leaves) .......................to decorate  

Onions ..................................................................3 Medium size 

Tomatoes ..............................................................3 Medium size 

 #NOW THE MASALA 

Salt ........................................................................for taste

jeera (cumin) ........................................................1 teaspoon

turmeric powder ; coriander powder ; garam masala ............................................................................1teaspoon each

For variation you can add any masala of your choice but above 3 must be in the recipe.

#simple steps anyone can follow..

THE FIRST STEP is to deep fry the soya chops...

~take a pan with a good amount of oil in it and put it on stove .

~While the oil heats whash the soya chops gently but not cut or brake them.

~now after the oil is heated upto good amount..(to check u can take help of your elders or mom....) put the chops into the oil gently..

~keep an eye on them do not let them go brown  they should be of light cream color

~ the chops will increase their size ....its  normal 

~after they r ready take them out in a plate covered with tishue 

or nwes paper to soak the oil ....

THE SECOND STEP 

~cut the onions in big size and chillies vertically  by making 2 piece from one chilly you can add less chillie if u dont like too much...

~make paste of the tomatoes.

~mix all  the masala in a  bowl  

~take another pan put some oil in it so that the onions and chilies can be swallow fried and put it on stove.

~afer the oil is hot enough  put jeera in it 

~now after the jeera go brown put onions and chillies and steer them continuously

~after the onions are pink put the  tomato paste in it and mix

~ let the paste take a boil 

~now put all the masala in the paste and mix it well 

~put the fried soya chops mix it well ...

now it is ready ......serve with fresh coriander leaves.
